Privacy Policy – Neural Networking

  1. The administrator of the User’s personal data is Lem Technologies limited liability company, based at Grochowe Laki 5, 61-752 Poznan. REGON: 36749149100000, NIP 7831760042. Entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court of Poznan- Nowe Miasto and Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000681962.

  2. The User consents to the processing of personal data by the Administrator for the purposes of the provision of services provided electronically, and for marketing purposes under the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 through a statement on the Website.

  3. The User voluntarily agrees to the processing of their personal data in order to receive commercial information by electronic means and for marketing purposes in accordance with the General Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Act of 18.07.2002 (Official Journal No. 144, item 1204, as amended) on the provision of electronic services through a statement on the Website. This consent may be withdrawn.

  4. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. In the case of withdrawal of consent by the User, the Administrator is obliged to suspend the processing of personal data, and may also refuse to continue providing services.

  5. The Administrator is authorized to process the User’s personal data in order to implement the provisions of these Regulations, while complying with the data security requirements set out in the General Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data. These data will be used only for the purposes of the Service, and if the User agrees – also for the purposes of receiving commercial information by electronic means and for marketing purposes.

  6. The recipients of the Website User’s personal data may be:

6.1. Business partners cooperating with the Administrator or executing, at his request, a marketing mail with which a contract for entrusting the processing of information has been established.

6.2. The selected entity servicing payments on the Website.

  1. The User’s personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law.

  2. The User’s personal data will not be transferred to a third country, except at the request of entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities within the limits of applicable law.

  3. In cases and on terms specified in the General Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and in the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204 as amended.), the user has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawful processing that was carried out on consent before withdrawal.

  4. The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body when they consider that the processing of personal data pertaining to them infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

  5. According to the general regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data, each person has the right to control the processing of personal data concerning them. At the request of the data subject, the Administrator is obliged, to inform in writing about his rights and provide information regarding his personal data within 30 days. The above right is available to the person concerned not more often than once every 6 months.

  6. Users’ personal data will not be stored in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
